EAST BARITO – Regency Government of East Barito, Central Borneo Province, will provide 400 hectares of plantation area. This is one of efforts to maintain the existence of agricultural sector.

But, the providing of land isn’t for free, although the government will provide ease of payment.

“This program is expected to make social welfare. So that, in the future agricultural sector won’t altered by the development of mining and employment sector,” said East Barito Regent, Ampera Ay Mebas.

As published by Borneo News, on Monday (08/12/2014), the government through Cooperation and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Agency also will provides the establishment of legal entity of rubber cooperation in ten districts. (T3)
