InfoSAWIT, PONTIANAK – West Kalimantan has established its latest benchmark pricing for oil palm Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB), with plantations aged 10–20 years receiving Rp3,519.24 per kilogram for the payment period covering June 23–30, 2026.
The pricing decision was issued by the West Kalimantan Provincial FFB Pricing Committee for Period IV of June 2026, based on calculations conducted by the Provincial Plantation and Livestock Office.
According to pricing data compiled by InfoSAWIT, FFB from three-year-old palms was set at Rp2,641.46/kg, followed by Rp2,840.04/kg for four-year-old palms, Rp3,049.62/kg for five-year-old plantations, Rp3,178.47/kg for six-year-old trees, Rp3,291.84/kg for seven-year-old palms, and Rp3,383.13/kg for eight-year-old plantations.
The benchmark for nine-year-old palms was established at Rp3,446.81/kg, while FFB from plantations aged 21 years was valued at Rp3,476.68/kg. Prices gradually declined for older plantations, with 22-year-old palms set at Rp3,445.10/kg, 23-year-old palms at Rp3,401.42/kg, 24-year-old palms at Rp3,305.56/kg, and 25-year-old plantations at Rp3,216.57/kg.
The provincial committee also set the reference crude palm oil (CPO) price at Rp14,953.40/kg, while palm kernel was valued at Rp12,260.38/kg. The K Index, used in the FFB pricing formula, was fixed at 91.81%.
West Kalimantan's official FFB pricing serves as a reference for transactions between independent growers and palm oil mills throughout the province, supporting greater transparency in the marketing of fresh fruit bunches. (T2)
