JAKARTA – A palm oil company, PT BW Plantation, plans to release their capital expenditure (Capex) in next year to Rp 1,3 trillion. This done after Rajawali Group overcomes Green Eagle Holdings on this early month.
President Director of BW Plantation, Halim Ashari, as cited by The Jakarta Globe, on Friday (28/11/2014), stated the company has allocating Rp 1,3 trillion the capital expenditure in 2015, from Rp 700 billion in this year.
“Besdies increasing the capital structure, Rajawali Group also will increasing our business size by synergizing with Green Elang Holdings,” he said.
Before, Green Eagle as a join-venture company between Singapura Rajawali and France’s Louis Dreyfus Commodities.
The ownership of joint-venture lands by Green Eagle and BW Plantation are expected to make both of the palm oil company become the third biggest in Indonesian Stock Exchange. (T3)
