Green Power Down to The Stock Exchange




PHILIPPINES – Green Power Panay Philippines Inc., a biomass company based in Iloilo, is raising as much as P290 million from an initial public offering (IPO) under the main board of the Pilippines Stock Exchange (PSE).

As published by Manila Standard Today, on last October 2014, the company would offer 145 million primary common shares from unissued capital at an offer price up to P2 per share.

As a knowledge, Green Power is currently developing a 35-megawatt biomass power plant in Mina, Iloilo. The multi-fueled biomass power plant will deliver biomass grid connected, decentralized, renewablwe energy power utilizing sustainable biomass resources such as agricultural crop and food processing wastes.
