DHAMASRAYA – On last weekend, Saturday (22/11/2014) ago, the university students of Bung Hatta University (UBH) in Chemical Engineering major in Industry Technology Faculty visit a crude palm oil (CPO) processing mill owned by PT Bina Pratama Sakato Jaya (BPSJ) located in Muaro Usau-Kiliran Jao, Dhamasraya Regency.
The visiting followed by 41 university students from 2010-2013 students generation were aims to make them see directly the palm oil industry processing.
“By the visiting, the students can see directly and learn more one of industry processing. The students can ask about CPO processing from the begin of processing raw materials until producing the products, wastes and how to manage CPO wastes in CPO industry until how the company fulfill their utilities in running their mill such are water needs, electricity, steam, and others,” said one of the guide lecturer, Elly Desni Rahmi, as cited by Ini Oke, on Monday (24/11/2014).
As a knowledge, stated from Manager of PT BPSJ, Muhammad Irvan S, that the company is one of subsidiary of Incasi Raya Group running in plantation agribusiness and palm oil processing which is established since 1992 by 8,25 hectares mill area and fresh fruit bunches (FFB) production by 60 tons/hour processing.
