JAKARTA – Pt Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) by its subsidiary, Bukit Multi Investama, PT acquisition 8.346 hectares area owned by palm oil plantation company named Bumi Sawindo Permai, PT (BSP) based in Tanjung Enim, South Sumatera.
Company’s Secretary of PTBA, Joko Pramono, explained, besides a palm oil plantation with Land Cultivation Rights Title (HGU) owned by PT BSP, also there were Land Building Rights Title (HGB) as 34,6 hectares wide.
“In the areas were including palm oil mill with 45 tons/hour Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB)’s capacity and electricity power plant by palm oil effluent’s fuels in 5MW capacity to support the company’s operations,” Joko explained in an official statement that collected by InfoSAWIT, Tuesday (21st October 2014).
He added, in the acquisition area there were coal reserves as 580 million tons from the total reserves owned by PT BA. (T3)
