KUALA LUMPUR – The absorption of increasing development of certified sustainable palm oil (CSPO) in the first semester 2014 has increased about 47% in the global markets. It was 6 poins higher than the same period in last year.
Director of RSPO in Europe Danielle Morley said Europe is the main buyer of CSPO in the world.
"Europe has been the leading region to buy CSPO for this time but we know that there are new markets too, such as, United States, Australia, and China which will increase this global industry to use sustainable palm oil in 100%,” he said in his official statement which InfoSAWIT got, Tuesday (12/8/2014).
