PEKANBARU – Bank of Riau, Riau Island, through the Consumer and Micro Division asked 24 farmers from the cooperations in several districts in Riau on Monday (18/8/2014) for having the training in Pusat Pembibitan Kelapa Sawit in North Sumatera.
Leader of Consumers and Micro Division, Bank of Riau, Riau Islands, Azwizar Hendry, said, the farmers had the training on 18th – 21st August. He thought, there were some things to tell to the farmes, such as, how to choose superior seeds, to treat palm oil plantation and to manage well.
“We hope the training will give the informations to the farmers about the importance of well palm oil plantation management and cultivation. After the training, they will be in group so their harvests could be increased more,” he said. (T3)
