Salakan – Palm oil company, PT Agrodeco Dutakarsa by the end of April 2014 has performed 38 groups of cooperation of the ordinary plasma farmers from 8 subdistricts around Peling island, including 2 farmer groups from Central Peling.
According to Daily Cordinators of Plasma Manager, PT Agrodeco Dutakarsa, Syamsul Bahri Mointang, the numbers of ordinary plasma farmers are 3.489 men and the area reaches 6.198 hectares. It is said, the numbers of ordinary plasma farmers will be more in the other subdistricts.
Furthermore, the process of area measuring and the publishing of sertificates belonging to the ordinary plasma farmers which are done by the National Land Agency of Bangkep Subdistrict have been 630 areas.
