JAKARTA - PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (AALI) acquired 100% of shares belonging to to palm oil plantation company, locating in East Kalimantan, PT Palma Plantasindo, by spending Rp 309 billions.
Investor Daily wrote, Wednesday(23/7/2014), the company has signed deed of sale of all the shares in Palma Plantasindo on July 15th,2014. On the day, the asset and lianility of Palma Plastasindo were the state assets and plants about Rp 369 billions. While the loan from the bank was about Rp 60 billions. (T3)
