InfoSAWIT, PEKANBARU – The purchase price of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) from independent partner smallholders in Riau Province increased for the 2–8 September 2026 period, with the detailed price schedule setting the highest price at Rp3,878.84 per kilogram for nine-year-old oil palm trees.

The figure represents an increase from the previous period. The price determination document states that the nine-year-old FFB price reached Rp3,878.84/kg, while the previous period was Rp3,828.27/kg.

InfoSAWIT reported from the Minutes of the Riau Palm Oil FFB Purchase Price Determination Meeting for Independent Partner Smallholders, Number 32/TBS/X-2026, dated Tuesday (September 1, 2026). The new prices apply from Wednesday through Tuesday, September 2–8, 2026.

The Riau FFB pricing team used sales-component data from August 24–30, 2026 as the basis for the latest determination. The average crude palm oil (CPO) price was set at Rp15,810.98/kg, while the average palm kernel price stood at Rp13,543.50/kg. The Indeks K was set at 93.34%, with the shell value at Rp24.76/kg.

3 years: Rp3,004.05/kg

4 years: Rp3,352.96/kg

5 years: Rp3,600.89/kg

8 years: Rp3,871.15/kg

9 years: Rp3,878.84/kg

10–20 years: Rp3,843.30/kg

21 years: Rp3,777.51/kg

22 years: Rp3,702.04/kg

24 years: Rp3,551.29/kg

The nine-year-old category recorded the highest price at Rp3,878.84/kg, while the lowest price was recorded for 30-year-old trees at Rp3,256.97/kg.

The increase in Riau's FFB prices was supported by the components used in the pricing formula, including the CPO price of Rp15,810.98/kg, palm kernel price of Rp13,543.50/kg, an Indeks K of 93.34%, and a shell value of Rp24.76/kg.

The detailed price schedule therefore provides a reference for independent smallholders in Riau when assessing the officially determined FFB purchase prices for the current period.
