MEDAN – One big palm oil company in Indonesia, Asian Agri commits to prepare qualified and reliable human resources. By Asian Agri Learning Institute (AAALI) programme, the company is consistent to prepare the candidates of qualified planters through Regular for Graduate Trainee and Refreshing Programmes both in Managerial, Leadership and Technical.
As quoted from Berita Sore, Thursday (29/1), AAALI is also designed to run the developmental programmes for the non training employees.
Training Manager Asian Agri, Supriandi mentioned, AAALI programe has been running for eleven years, since January 5th 2002. In the beginning it was called Training Center Buatan (TC Buatan).
“As the company develops and the challange to increase the quality and qantity of the programmes, in 2005 TC Buatan was changed to be AAALI,” he explained. (T3)
