According to him, success is driven by strong leadership, consistent implementation of operating standards, continuous employee competency development, a solid safety culture, and the integration of mechanization, digitalization, and sustainability throughout plantation operations.
He also emphasized that organizational mindset transformation is equally important. Companies need to strengthen workplace culture while raising operational standards so that technological innovation can deliver maximum productivity gains.
