InfoSAWIT, PEKANBARU – Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) prices for palm oil produced by plasma smallholders in Riau declined for the September 16–22, 2026 period. The highest price was set at IDR 3,976.56 per kilogram for nine-year-old palms, down IDR 17.54 per kilogram from the previous period.

The latest price determination was made by the Riau Provincial Palm Oil FFB Price Setting Team during a meeting held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

According to the official meeting record, the average crude palm oil (CPO) price used in the calculation was IDR 15,784.50 per kilogram. The average palm kernel price was recorded at IDR 13,976.50 per kilogram.

The K Index, another component used in the FFB pricing formula, stood at 93.51 percent, while the shell value was set at IDR 17.98 per kilogram.

These components formed the basis for the latest FFB price calculation for plasma smallholders in Riau.

The FFB price for three-year-old palms was set at IDR 3,065.50 per kilogram, while four-year-old palms reached IDR 3,474.48 per kilogram. Five-year-old palms were priced at IDR 3,622.22 per kilogram, followed by IDR 3,842.55 for six-year-old palms.

For seven-year-old palms, the price stood at IDR 3,925.45 per kilogram, while eight-year-old palms reached IDR 3,971.84 per kilogram.

The highest price was recorded for nine-year-old palms at IDR 3,976.56 per kilogram. Meanwhile, palms aged 10–20 years were priced at IDR 3,955.39 per kilogram.

For older plantations, the price was set at IDR 3,893.40 per kilogram for 21-year-old palms and IDR 3,834.02 for 22-year-old palms. The price then declined to IDR 3,770.55 for 23-year-old palms and IDR 3,701.01 for 24-year-old palms.

The price for 25-year-old palms was IDR 3,622.78 per kilogram, while 26-year-old palms were set at IDR 3,573.38. Prices for 27-, 28-, 29- and 30-year-old palms stood at IDR 3,527.81, IDR 3,481.54, IDR 3,463.83 and IDR 3,449.07 per kilogram, respectively.

The Riau FFB Price Setting Team is scheduled to determine the next FFB prices for the September 23–29 period on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. Western Indonesian Time. (T2)
