PEKANBARU – The minimal materials make four rubber companies operating in Riau breakdown and turn their commodity to palm oil plantation. Head in Cultivation and Result Plantation Marketing, Plantation Agency, Riau, Ferry HC Ernaputra said in Pekanbaru, Sunday (24/8/2014).

JAKARTA –  Indonesian Palm Oil Businessmen Association (IPOBA) estimated that the price of crude palm oil (CPO) could decrease. It is known that the average price of CPO in Rotterdam on July 2014 was about US$ 817  –  US$ 872  per metric ton  within the avarage US$  843  per  metric ton or decreased about 1,5%  than the average price on June US$ 856 per metric ton.

RENGAT – Governor of Riau recently rewarded Usaha Manunggal Palm Oil Cooperation (UMPOC), in Seresam Village, Sebridi Subdistrict, District of Indragiri Hulu. JAKARTA -  Executive Director of Indonnesian Palm Oil Businessmen Association Fadhil Hasan said, on July 2014 the Indonesia’s crude palm oil (CPO) export volume to African countries increased significantly 71% to be  175  thousands  tons  than last June which was only 102 thousands tons.

LONDON – Crude palm oil (CPO) company, R.E.A Holding PLC had profits before tax in the first six months which ended on June, 30th, 2014 (1H2014) about US$ 17,1  millions from the same period in last year which was US$ 2,5 millions.

KUALA LUMPUR – The income of palm oil producer company, Felda Global Holdings Bhd (FGV), in the second quarter 2014 (2Q2014) which ended on June 30th increased almost two times fold.

JAKARTA – Governor of Central Kalimantan, TerasNarang said, enlarging palm oil in his region will not destroy productive agriculture area. Teras said it in Jakarta, Tuesday (26/8/2014).

KOTAPINANG – Forestry and Plantation Agency Labuhan Batu said there are 20 palm oil company in District of South Labuhan Batu having no Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) certification.

KUALA LUMPUR - Presiden Group and Chief Executive Officer Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd, Mohd Emir Mavani Abdullah estimated the prospect of crude palm oil in the market will be remaining bearish or increasing in the rest of this year 2014.

JAKARTA – Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resource and Ministry of Transportation plan to blend vegetable fuel palm oil-base about 2% to avtur in 2016. This is to reduce green house effect.
