KUALA LUMPUR – A company which operating in palm oil commodity sector, Tanah Makmur Bhd, recorded Net Profit Before Tax for its third quarter ended in September 30th 2014 (3Q2014) increases by 26% to RM32.63 million from RM25.89 million in the same period last year.
While the revenue of the company in 3Q2014 increases 74,25% to RM110.80 million from RM63.59 million in the last period.
In its report in Malaysia Exchange on last Friday, the company stated the financial result ended by December 31st, 2014 will going up, mainly influenced by crude palm oil (CPO) price and global vegetable oil supply, also it capability to keep their potential in the market, increasing the trading and managing operating budget.
“We expect the performance of agriculture sector will good along as the CPO price level from now on,” said the company, as cited by Bernama.
Besides, the company also expects their revenue in property sector will increasing through their launch in the end of the year. (T3)
