SINTANG – Along the negative campaigns toward palm oil industry, but, it cannot be argued that this commodity can develop economy society growing, includes in West Borneo.
That’s why, Regency Government of Sintang, West Borneo expects palm oil investors to invest seriously and build palm oil mill (POM).
“The development of mill gives many advantages such are labor absorbing, increasing economy of the society, and plantations effectiveness. As the compensation we will help the company in legality process to build palm oil mill in Sintang Regency area, stated Milton Crosby, Sintang Regent.
He stated, as published by Lintas Kapuas, on Thursday November 20th 2014, the palm oil company which already owning 7.000 hectares plantation land and has been produced, have to build their own palm oil mill. (T3)
