PALANGKARAYA – Implementing a sustainability palm oil industry is fully-supported by the Local Government of Central Borneo. That’s why, Achmad Diran, a Vice Governor of Central Borneo, stated the development of palm oil plantations must in accordance with layout and area limitations.
Achmad said, although the Province’s Layout Planning (PLP) ofCentral Borneo isn’t ready yet, to increasing palm oil productivity in the area, must apply Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) principles.
“Developing palm oil plantations have related to the layout and area limitations. In order to faster the productivity, it is need to make mutual supporting and cooperations from every related parts for welfare of the society,” he said, on Wednesday (12/11/2014), as written by Kalteng Pos. (T3)
