MERAUKE –PT Agri Nusa Persada Mulia planned to enlarge palm oil plantation about 10.000 hectare in Mutin Distric, Papua. But it will be reviewed by the National Land Agency, Papua Province..
“It is true that we are reviewing the location of the area to be enlarged as the palm oil plantation,” Head of Regional, NLA, Papua, Nicolaus Wanenda said, as written in Tabloid Jube, Tuesday, (15/7/2014).
He continued, if the company really thinks good to enlarge the area, they should propose the new official documents to the Regent Merauke, Romanus Mbaraka, about the spatial or area. Then the licence will be given.
Beside that, he continued, the requirements should have finished at first, including the letting of the forestry area and it should be given to the Regional National Land Agency, Papua Province to be re-checked.(T3)
