SIAK –The palm oil stealing in PT. Ivomas which reaching 2 tons is in the second phase. Resort Police of Siak has put Jonson Silaban and the evidence to State Court of Siak, Wednesday (6/5)

“The stealing in companies’ plantation areas keeps happening. One was caught by the security of the company when doing patrol. In a very short time, we will put the case to the court,” head of Public Crime, Court of Siak, Ostar Al Pansri said.

In this case, as quoted from Riau Headline, the suspect is sued by article 363 in the Book of Law and threated by 7 years in jail. So the suspect is arrested in Second Class, The Arrest House, Districk of Siak.

Jonson Silaban was caught in March 2015. He  harvested palm oil fruit of PT Ivomas when the security knew it. Knowing that Jonson was collecting the fruit, he was paralized.
