JAKARTA –In April 2015, Indonesia was inflation about 0,36% within Consumer Price Index (CPI) about 118,91. From 82 CPI cities, it was noted, 72 cities got inflation and the 10 others were deflation. Central Statistic Agency reported that on Monday (4/5).

The highest inflation happened in Tual, about 1,31% within the CPI 132,54 and the lowest was in Cilacap about 0,02% within the CPI 120,76. The highest deflation happened in Manokwari, about 0,69% within the CPI 112,66 and the lowest deflation happened in Sukabumi and Kendari, about 0,03% within the CPI 119,06 and 114,62 for each.

The inflation happened for the increasing price of some products which were shown by the increasing some outcome groups, such as, food, drink, cigarette, and tobacco 0,50%, the housing group, water, electricity, gas, and fuel 0,22%; the clothing group 0,24%, the health group 0,38%; education group, recreation, and sports 0,05%; and the transportation, communication and financial group 1,80%.

The outcome group which decreases was the food material group about 0,79%.Head of CSA, Suryamin said, the year inflation (January – April) 2015 was  -0,08% and the inflation year on year (April 2015 to April 2014) was 6,79%. (T3)
