JAKARTA – Head of Presidential Staff, Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan said, palm oil industry is the strategical business which the government should support to develop more.
In addition, this commodity has contributed to the state economy.
“If there is any ministry rejecting it (palm oil industry) we will bulzode,” the former General of Special Commander said in the inaugurating ceremony of Coordinators, Advisory Boards, and Supervisor Boards of Indonesian Palm Oil Businessmen Association (IPOBA) 2015 – 2018, Tuesday (28/4).
Luhut continued, he himself has had a relationship with palm oil when he was the Secretary of Industry and Trade in the era of the former President, Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur). (T3)
