JAMBI – In the crowded vegetable oil competition in the world, palm oil industries in Jambi Province keep growing fast. Head of Marketing, Plantation Agency of Jambi Province, Putri Rainun said, from the data in Plantation Agency of Jambi, there are 37 palm oil companies and 45 crude palm oil (CPO) processing factories operating there.
There are varied transactions. “Sometimes, the big companies produce in large numbers once a month, the small ones produce 5 times in a month. Few of them produce every month. But every thing depends on the company,” she said as quoted from Tribun.
The fruit and CPO price in the next week will decrease. The CPO price was Rp 7.229,09 but now it isRp 7.227,58. (T3)
