InfoSAWIT, PEKANBARU – Fresh fruit bunch (FFB) prices for plasma oil palm smallholders in Riau province declined again for the September 23–29, 2026 period, with the highest price set at Rp3,948.70 per kilogram for nine-year-old oil palm trees.

According to information obtained by InfoSAWIT from the Riau Provincial Oil Palm FFB Price Determination Team, the latest price was Rp27.86 per kilogram lower than the previous period’s Rp3,976.56 per kilogram.

The latest determination applies from Wednesday through Tuesday, September 23–29, 2026. Prices declined across all oil palm age categories compared with the previous September 16–22 period.

One of the key components in the pricing formula was the average CPO price, which was set at Rp15,670.35 per kilogram. The average palm kernel price was meanwhile set at Rp13,572.09 per kilogram.

According to information reported by InfoSAWIT, the K Index used in calculating Riau’s plasma smallholder FFB prices stood at 93.93%. The shell price was set at Rp15.45 per kilogram, while the BOTL component was recorded at 1.24%.

Compared with the previous period, the average CPO price fell from Rp15,784.50/kg to Rp15,670.35/kg. The average palm kernel price also declined from Rp13,976.50/kg to Rp13,572.09/kg.
