NEW DELHI – India which is famously known as the biggest importer of cooking oil is predicted to buy soybean and sunflower oil in this year than to buy palm oil than last year. This will decrease palm oil demands.
Managing partner G.G. Patel & Nikhil Research Co, Govindlal G. Patel, as quoted from Bloomberg, Monday (23/3) said, the buying of soybean, sunflower and canola 0il could increase 15% to be 4,2 millions of tons.
The buying of cooking oil material could be 33% and palm oil could be 67%. (T3)
