JAKARTA – To increase the economy of Indonesia, the government should be optimal to advatage the biomass from the upstream to downstream sectors. Biomass industries are strategic to run.
Forestry observer, from University of Lampung , Muhajir Utomo, as quoted from Antara, Tuesday (3/2) said, upstream and downstream sectors become the strategic ones to develop to have economical independency.
“The strategical development should be in priority in the strategic sectors, such as, biomass from palm oil and acasia,” he said.
From the economical perspective, he continued, biomass industry could hire employees, especially in the villages, and could develop the national economy which directly effect to the food security and the social welfare. (T3)
