JAKARTA – Palm oil company, PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (AALI) noted, in 2014 the company had produced 1,74 millions of tons of crude palm oil (CPO) or it increased 13,3% than it in 2013, which was 1,53 millions of tons.

“The numbers derive from the fruits production which increased 8,6% or about 5,56 millions of tons,” Relation Investor of AALI, Rudy Limardjo mentioned in the release of Investor Bulletin of the company, Wednesday (28/1).

The increasing fruit production of AALI was from Kalimantan which increased 16,8% or about 2,35 millions of tons, from Sumatera and Sulawesi which increased about 2,9% and 4,2% or about 2,26 millions of ton and 0,96 millions of tons.

The kernel of AALI had reached 373.265 tons or increasing about 13,8% than the same period in last year which was 328.141 tons.

The selling volume of CPO in 2014 had reached 1,37 millions of ton and the total selling volume of olein reached 255.073 tons. The average selling CPO of AALI reached Rp 8.282/kg or increasing about 13,8% than the same period in 2013 which was Rp 7.277/kg.(T3)
