Pangkal Pinang – Palm oil factories (POF) operating in Bangka Belitung (Babel) Island Province do not contribute to the regions though there are lots of them there. Industry and Trade Agency of Babel said so. 

 

So the Agency tries, the POF could really contribute to develop the region. 

 

“There are five companies in Bangka and they never contribute to the region. It also happens in Belitung. We try to persuade them for we once did comparative study in Bengkulu. Palm oil companies in the region contribute by giving distribution,” Head of Industry and Trade Agency, Babel, Numala Dewi recently said as written in Radar Bangka. (T3)
