SAMARINDA – By the spreading of palm oil plantations, expected to driven the local society economy, especially in Paser Regency.
Paser become the first area for palm oil development sector by center government, but it is indicated the owning of lands being the problem to develop the palm oil businesses.
Secretary of Commission II of East Borneo Regional Parliament, Muspandi explained, one problem which is often found is the problem of certification of land owning legality certification in Paser. This affects the inhibition for farmers to get their venture capital to develop their plantations.
“Many banks want to fund it, but inhibits by the identity land owner problem,” Muspandi said, as published by Berita Kaltim, on Saturday (20/12/2014).
He said the condition clearly will inhibit the revitalization, and hampers the increasing of production. He added, it have been tried for any revitalization before, were only run for 270 hectares land from thousands of it. (T3)
