PESISIR SELATAN – Palm oil farmers in Pesisir Selatan Regency seems will be pretty pleased due to the local fresh fruit bunches (FFB) steadily improved. It is recorded from this week, FFB price from Rp850/kg increases into Rp1.050/kg.
“Now, the farmers sell palm oil FFB to collector seller in Rp1.050/kg. this increases has been run for a week,” said one of palm oil farmer, Irman (45), on Saturday (13/12/2014), as published by Ranah Berita.
He explained, the increasing of FFB price also making a joy into the society especially the farmers. Although, the sell price not really profitable for them due to the high of treatment costs and other cost to fulfill their daily needs. (T3)
