PONTIANAK – Head of Trading and Industry Agency, West Borneo Province, Robertus Isdius, stated they still reviewing the development of palm oil downstream industrial area in tayan, Sanggau Regency.

“Now we still discuss with PT Perkebunan Nusantara 13, cause the area is entering theirs,” he said, as cited by Antara, recently.

He explained, to date, West Borneo is the main crude palm oil (CPO) producer. But unfortunately, the CPO still cannot be processed further. “Whereas at least there were 74 downstream products come form CPO,” he said. (T3)
