PEKANBARU – Integration program of palm oil-cattle that have been inaugurated by the government seems going not so well. It only some companies that running the program, one is SOE’ company, PTPN V.
“The development of integration palm oil-cattle program in PTPN V have been implemented, on the beginning we are not having experience in implement the cattle business due to our (PTPN V) pure business is in cultivating palm oil and rubber and manages the products that are CPO and SIR,” said Planning and Development Director of PTPN V, Berlino Mahendra Santosa, on Wednesday (03/12/2014).
He continued, as published by Riau Pos, cause have been mandated by the government through SOE Ministry, PTPN V must contributes in developing cattle to supporting self-sufficiency beef in Riau. (T3)
