SINGAPORE – A palm oil plantations company which based in Singapore, Musim Mas, releases sustainable commitment in eliminating deforestation, peats conversions, and social conflict in its palm oil’ supply chain.
As published by Mongabay, on Friday (05/12/2014), the company ensures all of its palm oil products processing were under RSPO standards.
Besides, the company will release commitment of traceable in mill-level in the end of 2015 and plantation-level in December 2016.
In social commitment Musim Mas stated “Respect smallholder rights by develop or conversion their land, also keep the commitment of No Deforestation, No Peats Conversion and No Exploitations.” (T4)
