JAKARTA – In his meeting with Europe Unions (EU) Council President Herman Van Rompuy, on Wednesday (19/11/2014), Indonesian Republic President, Joko (Jokowi) Widodo discuss about the problems of Indonesian some commodity obstacles trading to EU, one is palm oil commodity.
“We talk about the obstacles of our (Indonesian) goods to EU,” explained Jokowi to the journalists, as published by Antara.
He said, nowadays Indonesia is the biggest palm oil producer in the world, but the development of the market in EU still meets some obstacles. Whereas, Indonesian palm oil not only owned by big companies, also owned by smallholder farmers. “The things such this, is must to talk to,” he said. (T3)
