JAKARTA – A Palm Oil Company named PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS), plans to restructure its subsidiary shares. The planning includes affiliated transactions that are make a change of company subsidiaries shareholders.
Quoted from Britama, on Thursday (13/11/2014), the shares re-structure in cooperate with Kalimantan Sawit Abadi (KSA) by Tanjung Sawit Abadi (TSA) shareholder that is Citra Borneo Indah (CBI). The transaction also take a part from Sawit Multi Utama shareholders that are CBI and Ahmad Gunawan.
SSMS also has prepare fund as US$ 90million to increase the three years old of planted-areas of the company. SSMS plans will adding 5.000-5.5000 hectares per year. (T3)
