BANGKA BELITUNG – The Head of Statistics Agency of Bangka Belitung (Babel) Province, Herum Fajarwati said, six of local ports have the increase of cargo amount on September 2014 to 537,55 thousand tons compared by the previous month only in 372,86 thousand tons.
The biggest cargo amount increasing were in Belinyu Port as 514,86% from 1,40 thousand tons to 8,61 thousand tons, the thing were caused by the increasing of palm oil production after decrease from the previous month.
“Overall, the amount of sea transport goods loaded on September 2014 grow to increase as 43,77 percent from 375,85 thousand tons become 540,37 thousand tons,” she explained, as published by radar Bangka, on Saturday (08/11/2014). (T3)
