HURAGI – The price of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) in Huraja Tinggi (Huragi) district, Padang Lawas (Palas) regency, in early November rising to Rp 1.300/kg.
“About the price of FFB the agent adapts to the condition of the result of harvesting, the price in last week were Rp 1.300/kg, in this week of still in that price range as well, because the harvest is now entering track season,” said a farmer in Rotan Sogo village Hutaraja Tinggi district, Yadi Purba, Sunday (02/11/2014).
Nevertheless, he admits, as reported Medan Bisnis, that vast of palm oil plantations under his management are not in accordance with the harvest result due to the lack of fertilization on the plantations. (T3)
