BANDAR LAMPUNG – An -Indonesian State Owned Enterprises (SOE)- Company, PTPN VII, ready to go into the stock market by implementing the “initial public offering (IPO)”. So said the Finance Director of PTPN VII, Agoes Riyanto, in Bandar Lampung, Tuesday (04/11/2014).
The certainty of PTPN VII ready to go into the stock following a state-owned holding plantation that has been inaugurated on October 2nd 2014. Meanwhile, he said, the Ministry of SOE and the centre holding company (PTPN III) giving priority PTPN VII to carry out an IPO in 2015.
“We’ve very ready, because the actual preparation we’ve done since a few years ago,” said Agoes accompanied by the Secretary of the IPO PTPN VII, Sony Soediastanto, as published by Antara Lampung. He said adding, the company is preparing an initial public offering in the second quarter of 2015. (T3)
