LANGKAT - Secretary of the Regional Planning Board of Langkat, Mulyono in Stabat, Tuesday (04/10/2014), said the land for the development of Stabat City, Langkat, North Sumatera, which is in the Pasar 9 Kwala Bingei now planted with oil palm.
According to him, the planting was without any approval from the local government and opposed to the Agriculture Ministry Regulation. “Obviously the planting area with palm oil trees are not accordance with the regulations of the Minister of Agriculture No.98 / Permentan / OT 120/9/2013, about Plantation Business Licensing Guidelines,” he said.
Quoted from Antara Sumut, that the location is an area of 308 hectares, the permit allocation was not extended to the staff of the residential areas of Langkat City and Forest City, according to the Regional Regulation No.13 2004, on the General Spatial Plan Stabat district capital. (T3)
