JAKARTA – One of the leading plantation company in the world, PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (Lonsum) on 9th-Month of 2014 (9M2014) recorded a satisfied performance.
The company mentioned, the good performance were supported by the strong production of CPO and Palm Kernel. CPO production were increasing by 21,5% become 330.641 tons and Palm Kernel increasing by 26,2% become 80.921 tons.
Besides, the amount of Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) from nucleus-plantations which harvested on this period were also increasing by 16,5% become 1.010.421 tons compared by the same period in last year as 867.564 tons.
Whereas, the purchasing of extern-FFB were increasing by 30,4% which reached 419.072 tons, “So that the total of FFB in process reached 1.428.598 tons on 9M2014 period. The productivity of FFB from nucleus plantation increasing 13,2 ton/ha from 11,6 ton/ha compared by the same period in last year,” said the company statement received by InfoSAWIT, Thursday (30/10/2014).
He added , each of Oil Extraction Rate (OER) and Kernel Extraction Rate (KER) also increasing by 23,1% and 5,7%. (T3)
