PEKANBARU – Head of Counseling and Guidance, TaxGeneral Directorate, Riau, Indra Wardhana said the Additional Tax (AT) about 10% will be for the businessmens or farmers having income about more than Rp 4,8 billions per year.

AT 10% is the implementation of the Court Regulation No 70/HUM/2013 which cancels the Government Regulation No 31 / 2007. From the Court Regulation, Tax General Director made Circular Letter No SE-24/PJ/2014 which describes about the decision of Court about the Additional Tax 10% in agricultural products.

Indra continued, the farmers having small income should not be worried. “Don’t worry, the farmers having not more than Rp 4,8 billions per year will not get Additionnal Tax 10%,” he said in Pekanbaru, Tuesday (23/9/2014), as quoted from Go Riau.

Beside that, he also emphasized the farmers groups having more than Rp 4,8 billions per year to list to be Taxed Businessmen and could make 10% to sell the products.(T3)
