PARIGI MOUTONSG – Palm oil plantation company, PT Sarana Transnaker won the case about the palm oil plantation business licence (PBL) which Regent of Parigi Moutong, Palu, Central Sulawesi, Syamsurizal Tombolotutu in the State Administrative Court.
“Thank God, we won the case. The decision of the Administrative Court said that, revocation of PT Sarana Transnaker PBL, which the Regent makes, is contradictive to the regulation and good government,” the lawyer of the company, Amirulla said, Thursday (25/9/2014) as written in Ciputra News.
He explained, his side critized the Regent because the government once revocated some of PBL area of the company and the PBL was given to PT Rimbun Hijau Lestari about 19.969 hectares.
Regent of Parigi Moutong then made Decision No : 503.45/23.48/Dishutbun on 23 January 2014 about the location licence to enlarge palm oil and factory to PT Rimbun Hijau Lestari.
The licence, Amirullah continued, the Decision was published after one month revocation, that was on 20 Desember 2013.
In the PBL, the company had 38.241 hectaresin Subdistrict of Kasimbar, South Tinombo and Tinombo in 2011 with the partnership pattern with the farmers. (T3)
