JAKARTA – Plantation Emitten, PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (Lonsum), in the first semester 2014 (1H14) recorded the increasing crude palm oil (CPO) production volume about 24,0% to be 212.101 tons from the same period in last year which was 170.994 tons.
The production of kernel oil increased too about 28,1% to be 51.536 tons from 40.225 tons in the first semester 2013. It is Lonsum’s official information which InfoSAWIT recently got.
The harvest of fruit in the main plantation in 1H2014 was about 651.097 tons or it increased 21,5% than the same period in last year which was 535.847 tons. “The fruits bought from the external of the company also increased 29,5% to be 264.257 tons, so the total of fruit increased 23,3% to be 914.298 tons in the 1H2014,” Lonsum said.
The oil yield (OER) and the kernel yield (KER) also increased 23,2% and 5,6% for each. (T3)
