BANDUNG–Palm oil is worth to be called the mainstay product in Indonesia. The facts show, it is not only the fruit could produce raw oil for the ingredients of many other products, but the waste could also be utilized as handycrafts, such as, bag.
A Wowan from Bandung, Aditya Putri, as quoted from Inilah.com, Monday (16/6/2014), had utilized the waste of palm oil cultivation to be a girl’s bag having presticious esthetics.
She said, Bandung has no palm oil cultivation or factories, she herself had to find the waste in Kalimantan. “I cooperate with some companies from Kalimantan to get palm oil,” she said.
Besides making bag, palm oil waste as InfoSAWIT once reported, could be a canvas to paint, done by the Medanese artists. (T3)
