CPO Exports Decreased, The Trade Balance Deficit




JAKARTA – The decreasing price and volume of crude palm oil exports made Indonesian trade balance deficit about US$ 1,96 billions in April 2014.

Central Statistical Agency (CSA) noted, the exports in April 2014 decreased 5,92% to be US$ 14,29 billions than in March which reaching US$ 14,76 billions. While the CPO exports in April just reached 1,25 millions of ton or it decreased 47,61% to March, which reaching 2,38 millions of tons. 

“Fat and natural oil decreased 45,02% Month on MOnth,” Head of  CSA, Suryamin said, Monday, (2/6/2014). (T3)
