SINGAPURA – Wilmar International Limited, the company running many kinds of businesses, such as, palm oil plantation, booked that in the first quarter of 2015 (1Q2015) the company got net profits reaching US$241,2 millions of increased 49,1% than the net profits in the same period in last year which reaching US$161,8 millions.
In the official statement, Thursday (7/5) the group mentioned, the increasing net profits in 1Q2015 reflected the strong work from vegetable oil and Grains and the high contribution from the business partners.
But the tropical oil which is in the plantation and manufacture products, and the sugar decreased in 1Q2015 when the operation should be stronger in the markets.(T3)
