PASIR PANGARAIAN–Seven people become the suspects in the stealing of palm oil fruit belonging to PT Budi Murni Panca Jaya. They are now threatened by 7 years in jail. This was told by Head of Section of General Crime, Court of Pasir Pangaraian, Zaidi, Monday (27/4).
He explained as quoted from Hallo Riau,the first trial had run on Thursday, (23/4) within the agenda : the reading of indictment which was lead by Judge Chairman of Court of Pasir Pangaraian, Lilin Herlina.
"The trial had run and will be continued on May 4th, 2015 within the agenda of the reading of exception from the suspects. I questioned, why the media did not come at the time,” he explained.
In the charge, the Public Prosecutor charged the seven people with Article 363, paragraph 34 junto 64 about the together stealing within maximal senctence 7 years in jail.
The seven people of Subdistrict East Kepenuhan are Iskandar as the Chairman of COoperation Sawit Timur Jaya (STJ), Anasrudin, Abdul Karim, Dalius, Zulkifli, Basuki and Adnan. They are suspected to steal the fruits belonging to PT Budi Murni Panca jaya (BMPJ) in the area which PT Agro Mitra Rokan (AMR) claimed to be the partner of Cooperation Sawit Timur jaya in February 2015.
