JAKARTA – A company running palm oil plantation business, PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk (ANJ) will make yearly shareholders general meeting (YSGM) and extraordinary shareholders general meeting (ESGM) in Jakarta, Monday (June, 22nd, 2015 at 1 p.m.
Directors of the company, Tuesday (21/4) said, the calling to YSGM and ESGM will be advertised in two daily Indonesian newspaper as it is written in the Article 12 chapter 3, of Statute of the company.
They who could attend the ESGM and YSGM are the shareholders of the company which are listed in the Shareholders of the company, in Thursday, May 28th, 2015 until 4 p.m.
The directors also explained, every suggestion from them will be put in the schedule of the meeting within one condition, they have fulfilled the requirements as it is written in Article 12 chapter 6 of the Statute of the company. (T3)
