JAKARTA – A plantation company, , PT PP London Sumatra Tbk (Lonsum) noted the increasing CPO production in the first quater 2014 (1q2014) about 13% from 99.776 tons in 1q2013 to be 100.330 tons in 1q2014 while the palm kernel production increased 17,0% to be 24.244 tons than 1Q2013 which was 20.715 tons.
The harvest of kernel fresh fruit in 1Q2014, according to Lonsum which InfoSAWIT got also increased 13,8% to be 308.406 tons than 1Q2013 which was 271.121 tons. Fruit from the external company also increased 9,8% to be 124.827 tons. So the total fruits increased 12,2% to be 432.591 tons.
The oil yield increased 23,2% and the kernel oil did too about 5,6%. (T3)
