SANGATTA – District government of East Kutai supported palm oil planting in Village of Tepian Makmusr, Subdistrict of Rantau Pulung. This is part of “Bangkit Bersama Menuju Kemandirian Tepian Makmur” programme.
Regent in duty, Ardiansyah Sulaiman, in the spare time of palm oil planting, Monday (20/4) said, it is a simple programme but it touches the people.
Quoting from Tribun Kaltim, Village of Tepian Makmur is mostly full of transmigrants. It reaches 1.521,89 hectares. The biggest potencies in the region are plantation and agriculture. It focuses to increase the plantation by providing palm oil seeds. (T3)
